Most detailing websites make you call for a price. We’re going to do the opposite — every package, every price, and everything included is on this page. Here’s the short version before the detail:
Every price is Small vehicle / Large vehicle. Small is roughly a car, coupe, or small crossover; large is a truck, full-size SUV, or three-row. If you’re unsure which yours is, call (918) 809-7438 and we’ll tell you straight. *Prices subject to change as circumstances vary.
Heartland has been working on paint in Tulsa since 2000 — that’s twenty-nine years of reading panels under shop lights, looking for imperfections most people never notice. Paintless dent repair trains your eye in a way volume car washes never will: our technicians spend all day studying reflections to find dents a millimeter deep. When that same eye is on your paint with a polisher, it catches the swirl marks, the water spots, and the missed sections that a two-bay express wash rolls right past.
It also means we’re the only shop in town where you can fix the ding and correct the paint in the same visit. Trade-in coming up? We take the door dings out, then run the Presale Detail, and the car photographs like a different vehicle. That combination is the actual reason to bring a car here instead of somewhere with a vacuum out front.
The other difference is honest: automated washes are what create the swirl marks we later charge to remove. Spinning brushes and recycled grit drag across your clear coat every visit. Our exterior work is hand-washed with foam and clean media, because the point is to make the paint better, not to trade one problem for another.
The maintenance wash for a car that’s fundamentally in good shape and just needs to be clean. Exterior hand wash and dry, interior vacuumed throughout, windows cleaned inside and out. No polishing, no deep interior work — it’s the honest ‘make it look good again’ option, and it’s what a lot of our regulars run between bigger details.
Best for: a car detailed within the last few months, a lease return walkthrough, or the week you have people to impress and no time.
The one-visit reset for a daily driver. Outside: foam wash, dry, and a quickshine pass that brings the gloss back without full paint correction. Inside: every hard surface wiped down and UV-protected — dash, console, door panels — mats pulled, vacuumed and cleaned, door jambs wiped (the detail nobody does that everybody notices), and all glass cleaned.
Includes: foam wash, dry and quickshine exterior • wipe down and UV protect all interior • vacuum and clean mats • clean door jambs • clean windows.
Best for: the car that’s been driven hard for a few months and needs to feel new again without a half-day commitment. This is our most popular package for commuters.
When the outside is fine but the inside has lived a life. This is a genuinely deep interior: fabric vacuumed thoroughly and spot stains treated and lifted, leather cleaned and conditioned so it stays supple instead of drying and cracking, every interior surface dusted, cleaned, and UV-protected against Oklahoma sun damage, mats cleaned and protected, all windows and mirrors cleaned, and door jambs finished.
Includes: dust, clean and UV protect all interior • vacuum fabric and spot stain removal • clean and protect mats • clean and condition leathers • clean windows and mirrors • clean door jambs.
Best for: family vehicles, dog owners, anyone who eats in the car, and every parent who has found something fossilized under a car seat. Add Carpet Extraction ($79.99/$109.99) if the carpets are genuinely stained rather than just dirty — extraction pulls what vacuuming can’t.
The complete job, and the package everything above it builds on. The entire Full Interior service, plus the full exterior treatment: foam wash and dry, wheels and tires cleaned and shined, wheel wells decontaminated (the area every quick detail skips), then all paint sealed, waxed, and shined for real gloss and real protection. Trim renewal brings faded black plastics and rubber back instead of leaving them chalky next to fresh paint.
Includes everything in Full Interior, plus: foam wash and dry exterior • wash and shine wheels and tires • decontaminate wheel wells • seal, wax and shine all paint • trim renewal.
Best for: twice a year on a car you intend to keep. This is the package that actually protects your investment — sealed paint sheds Oklahoma road grime and spring pollen instead of letting it etch in.
Everything in the Full Detail, plus an engine steam clean and hypoallergenic interior cleaning. It exists for one purpose: to get the most money out of a car you’re about to sell or trade.
Buyers open the hood. Dealers walk the entire vehicle and price every flaw they find. A clean engine bay signals maintenance; a neutral-smelling interior removes the objection nobody says out loud. In our experience this package routinely returns more at sale than it costs — and if the car has door dings, take them out first. A clean car with dents still reads as neglected; a clean car with straight panels and factory paint reads as one-owner and garage-kept.
Includes everything in Full Detail, plus: engine steam clean • hypoallergenic cleaning.
For customers who’ve had a Full Detail, Paint Correction, or Ceramic Coating and want it kept that way. Monthly exterior wash and dry plus an interior touch-up, on a standing schedule — no booking, no thinking about it. It’s the cheapest way to make one big detail last all year, and if you have a ceramic coating it’s how the coating actually gets washed the way its warranty expects. Cancel whenever; we’re not interested in trapping anybody.
Two things: vehicle size and condition. Size is straightforward — a Tahoe has far more glass, carpet, and paint than a Civic, so it’s the large price. Condition is where honesty matters. Our prices assume a normally used vehicle. If there’s pet hair worked into the carpet, heavy smoke odor, spilled milk that’s been through a July, or construction dust in every vent, that’s extra labor and we’ll tell you the number before we start, not after. Nobody gets a surprise on the invoice.
What we won’t do is quote low to get the car in the door and then discover problems. Send photos of anything unusual to (918) 809-7438 and we’ll price it honestly the first time.
Local conditions here are harder on paint than most people realize. Spring brings pollen and hail; summer brings UV that fades dashboards and oxidizes clear coat; winter brings road salt and treatment chemicals on the highways; and it’s windy enough year-round that dust finds its way into everything. Our general guidance for a Tulsa daily driver:
An important distinction, because plenty of shops blur it. Detailing cleans, protects, and enhances what’s there — sealing, waxing, conditioning. It does not remove defects that are physically cut into your clear coat. Swirl marks from automatic washes, hazing, and light scratches require Paint Correction: clay bar decontamination followed by multi-step machine polishing that levels the clear coat. If you want that corrected finish locked in for years instead of months, Ceramic Coating is the step after.
And if there’s a dent under that paint, no amount of polish addresses it — that’s paintless dent repair, which is our specialty and the reason this shop exists. The nice part about bringing a car to Heartland is that all three live under one roof: dent out, paint corrected, coating on, one drop-off.
